Assisting Aberdeen Standard in realising the potential of this significant Fitzrovia asset, we developed a number of design solutions to maximise its commercial value. This mixed-use redevelopment proposal would provide high-quality BCO compliant office space, new and policy-compliant residential accommodation, and a substantial uplift in retail/restaurant space which would not only activate the dormant street frontages, but collectively enhance the street-scene and neighbourhood whilst contributing positively to the Conservation Area.
